Yes! We're so glad you asked. Our complimentary breakfast at the Topside Inn is more than a meal — it’s an event. Each morning presents an opportunity for you to taste the incredible foods our local farmers and fishermen produce. Many of our ingredients come directly from our nearby farmers' market or our own gardens to bring you the freshest, most delicious flavors Boothbay Harbor, Maine, has to offer.

Topside Inn, while children and infants are not specifically prohibited, all our rooms comfortably accommodate two persons.
For families traveling to Boothbay and seeking more spacious accommodations, we invite you to consider The Cottage, ideal for up to four guests, or The Carriage House Suite, perfect for couples with space for a crib for an infant or toddler. Both options are free-standing buildings with no shared walls, offering a peaceful and private stay—for you and for other guests. Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM and before 7:00 PM, with easy arrangements for self-check-in after 7:00 PM. Our Front Desk closes at 7 p.m. Check-out is always by 11:00 AM, and parking is available after your stay to enjoy local activities.
